Exchange & Refund policy

 

We offer a No Refund/Exchange only policy. However, customers may try on the product during the delivery process and before payment. Once the courier leaves, only exchanges are allowed.

Please note :

  • You can either accept the whole package or return the whole package.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your package.
  • Item(s) can only be exchanged with a different size.
  • Exchanged Items must be unworn, unwashed , and in their original packaging with all tags in tact.
  • Exchanges are done based on availability. If the item is sold out, your exchange will be processed when the item is back in stock.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for both shipping and exchange fees.
