Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order before delivery.

Delivery Time

Shipping time typically takes 3-5 business days in Cairo/Giza and 3-7 days outside of Cairo.

We currently don’t offer international shipping but will be available soon!

Please note that the courier will attempt to to deliver the product 2 times only, after which your order will be cancelled.

We offer a No Refund/Exchange only policy. However, customers may try on the product during the delivery process and before payment. Once the courier leaves, only exchanges are allowed.

Please note :

• You can either accept the whole package or return the whole package.
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your package.
• Item(s) can only be exchanged with a different size.
• Exchanged Items must be unworn, unwashed , and in their original packaging with all tags in tact.
• Exchanges are done based on availability. If the item is sold out, your exchange will be processed when the item is back in stock.
• Please note that you will be responsible for both shipping and exchange fees.

Handle with care—your denim deserves it!

For most pieces:

• Spot clean only—no need to soak the entire pair, just gently hand wash the area that needs it.
• Dry cleaning is preferred for an extra level of care.
• Avoid hot water, high heat, and dryers. Heat can damage the fabric and fit.
• Always air dry—lay flat or hang in a shaded area to preserve color and shape.

Special care for our Cindy pants:

• Do not dry clean.
• Must be hand washed in cool to lukewarm water.
• Avoid scrubbing to maintain the delicate pattern—treat her gently.
